Main performance characteristics of BEDFORDMED V LED:
1. Totally enclosed aerodynamic streamline design: The lamp dome adopts a once formed fully enclosed streamline design, without exposed screws, without spraying and painting, and is ultra-thin (the lamp cap is only 52 mm thick). The surface of the fully enclosed dome is waterproof, dust-proof, and free of dead corners hidden by bacteria. Moreover, due to its overall ultra-thin and lightweight design, disinfection and cleaning are more convenient.
2.The first company to use a special new type of high-temperature resistant material in a shadowless lamp system: the entire shell is lightweight and beautiful, resistant to ultra-high temperatures, and the test results show no deformation or discoloration within 400 degrees Celsius. Simultaneously possessing the high strength, toughness, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy of metal materials. However, without the magnetic characteristics of metal materials, it is more suitable for use in the operating room and will not cause electromagnetic interference to other products.
3.Multiple heat dissipation design: laminar flow heat dissipation, surface radiation heat dissipation transmits heat from the LED chip to the outside, ensuring that the system operates at relatively low temperatures, achieving maximum luminous effect with minimal power, and effectively improving the service life of LED beads.
4.All LED chips use original OSRAM high color reproduction LED. The spotlight lens adopts PMMA optical lenses with large diameter and small angle, which are imported from well-known French brands.
